そもそもチャイナタウンとはWhat is Chinatown?
ラスベガスで日本のものを食べたい・買いたいとき、最初に向かうべき場所がSpring Mountain Roadです。ストリップの西1マイルあたりから始まり、西へ延びる約7マイルの通り。ここに150軒を超えるアジア系レストランと食料品店が並び、日本食の密度も市内で群を抜いています。
When you want to eat or buy Japanese things in Las Vegas, the first place to head is Spring Mountain Road. It starts about a mile west of the Strip and runs roughly seven miles west. More than 150 Asian restaurants and grocers line it, and the density of Japanese food is unmatched in the city.
始まりは1995年、実業家James Chih-Cheng ChenがChinatown Plaza（4205 Spring Mountain Rd）を開いたこと。唐王朝様式の門と楼閣が今も目印です。1999年に当時のGuinn知事が正式に地区として認定し、東はLas Vegas Blvd、西はRainbow Blvdまでが「チャイナタウン」と定められました。
It began in 1995, when businessman James Chih-Cheng Chen opened Chinatown Plaza (4205 Spring Mountain Rd); its Tang-dynasty-style gate and pavilion are still landmarks. In 1999 then-Governor Guinn formally designated the district, defining "Chinatown" from Las Vegas Blvd in the east to Rainbow Blvd in the west.
東から西へ走ると、途中から韓国系の店が増えてリトルコリアの色に変わっていきます。日本食は主に東〜中央、Decaturを挟んだ一帯に集中。この地図が頭に入っていると、以下の店の位置関係がつかみやすくなります。
Driving east to west, Korean businesses gradually take over and it shifts into Koreatown. Japanese food is concentrated mainly east to center, around Decatur. Keep this map in mind and the locations below fall into place.
食べる① ラーメンEat ① Ramen
7軒7 shopsチャイナタウンはベガスのラーメン激戦区。ここに挙げたのは Spring Mountain 沿いの主力店だけです（全28軒はラーメン図鑑へ）。価格は $＝手頃／$$＝標準／$$$＝高めの3段階。

Monta Japanese Noodle House$定番Local staple
久留米系豚骨の老舗格。店内価格は良心的で、地元の「まずここ」の一杯。昼どきは並びます。
A veteran of Kurume-style tonkotsu. In-store prices are fair, and it's the local "start here" bowl. Expect a line at lunch.
Ramen Sora$週末深夜2時まで2am on weekends
札幌系。価格も良心的で、週末は深夜2時まで。飲んだ後の締めに効きます。
Sapporo-style. Fair prices, open until 2am on weekends — great as a post-drinks closer.
Shokku Ramen$$$24時間24 hours
24時間営業が最大の武器。プレミアム寄りの価格帯ですが、深夜に開いている安心感は代えがたい。
Its biggest weapon is being open 24 hours. Pricing leans premium, but the reassurance of a late-night bowl is hard to beat.

A celebrated robata (charcoal-grill) and house-made tofu restaurant led by chef Mitsuo Endo. A six-time James Beard nominee, known as a spot chefs visit on their nights off. Omakase runs around $150. Seats are few — reserve early.

A different mood from the two above — tableside wagyu & kurobuta yakiniku with all-you-can-eat sushi. Not a "special night" spot but a lively, late-night, everyone-together option that's easy to walk into.

歩き方（駐車・回り方）Getting around (parking & routes)
駐車場はどのプラザも無料。ただし争奪戦です。特に夕食どき（18〜21時）と週末は満車が早い。近くを何周かする覚悟か、少し離れたオーバーフローに停めるつもりで。混む時間帯は、いっそライドシェア（Uber/Lyft）が結局ラクという声が多数派です。
Parking is free at every plaza — but it's a scramble. Lots fill fast, especially at dinner (6–9pm) and on weekends. Be ready to circle a few times or park in a nearby overflow lot. At peak times, most agree a rideshare (Uber/Lyft) is ultimately easier.
渋滞するSpring Mountainの本線を避ける裏道がDecaturとArville。北側からこの2本で入って店に近づくと、信号のストレスが減ります。
The back roads that skip congested Spring Mountain are Decatur and Arville. Coming in from the north on these two reduces the stoplight stress.
回り方のコツは、用事を東西でまとめること。食材と食事は東〜中央（Chinatown Plaza周辺）、リトルコリア寄りの買い物は西、と割り切ると、一本道を無駄に往復せずに済みます。
The trick is to group errands east–west. Groceries and dining east-to-center (around Chinatown Plaza), Koreatown-side shopping to the west — that way you avoid backtracking on one long road.
年に一度の見どころが旧正月（ルナー・ニューイヤー、1月下旬〜2月）。Chinatown Plazaを中心に獅子舞や爆竹、特別メニューで一帯が賑わいます。
The once-a-year highlight is Lunar New Year (late January–February). Centered on Chinatown Plaza, the area comes alive with lion dances, firecrackers, and special menus.
