この一覧の約束：Our rule for this list:開店日は確定が公表されたものだけを載せます。「Spring 2026」「近日」「この夏」は見込みであって確定日ではないので、確定するまで「開店日未発表」と書きます。憶測で日付は作りません。中田マーケット関連は店長（編集部の知人）に確認でき次第、買い物図鑑とあわせて更新します。「新しい店を見つけた」「もう開いていた」という情報は投稿フォームで教えてください。We list an open date only when it's officially confirmed. "Spring 2026," "coming soon," and "this summer" are expectations, not dates, so until confirmed we write "no date yet." We don't invent dates. For Nakata Market locations we update alongside the shopping guide once the manager (a friend of the editors) confirms in person. Spotted a new place, or one that's already open? NYで急成長中のKyuramenが全米2店舗目の旗艦店として計画。看板は点灯済みで内装工事中。公表されている「Spring 2026」はあくまで見込みで、確定した開店日はまだ出ていません。Kyuramen, growing fast out of New York, is planning its second U.S. flagship here. Signage is lit and interior work is underway. The circulated "Spring 2026" is an expectation only — no firm open date yet.

中田マーケットが公式サイトで「Coming Soon」としている2つの新業態。場所・開店日ともまだ公表されていません。店長に確認でき次第、ここと買い物図鑑を更新します。Two new Nakata Market formats listed as "Coming Soon" on the official site. Neither location nor date is public yet. We'll update here and in the shopping guide once the manager confirms.

ラーメン・居酒屋・バー ｜ Strip（BLVD）Ramen · izakaya · bar ｜ The Strip (BLVD)

Strip沿いのBLVD開発に入る予定の3軒。Tenshouは「end of summer」、Silverlake2号店は「Q4 2026〜Q1 2027」、Bar Centifoliaは東京の名バー——いずれも時期の目安だけで、確定した開店日はありません。Three spots slated for the BLVD development on the Strip. Tenshou says "end of summer," Silverlake's second location "Q4 2026–Q1 2027," and Bar Centifolia is a celebrated Tokyo bar — all rough windows, no firm dates.

中田マーケットにSummerlin店が加わり、市内4店舗体制に。特売は店頭チラシのみのため、価格は特売ページで毎週まとめます。Nakata Market's Summerlin location brings it to four stores citywide. Deals are in-store flyer only, so we round up prices weekly on the deals page.

抹茶カフェのNana's Green Tea（S Buffalo）と、焼肉のMIU Japanese BBQ（Spring Mountain）が相次いで開店しました。Matcha café Nana's Green Tea (S Buffalo) and yakiniku spot MIU Japanese BBQ (Spring Mountain) have both opened recently.
